摘要
采用机械合金化方法制备了TiC纳米晶粉末,研究了这种纳米晶粉末的微观结构和性能。结果表明:机械合金化处理50h,可以获得平均粒径为30nm的TiC纳来晶粉。
Nano TiC micropowder is prepared by mechanical alloying.The authors study its microstructure and performance.The results obtained indicate that 30 nm TiC micropowder can be obtaied by mechanical alloying for 50 h and its microhardness increases considerably with ball milling time.
