摘要
介绍了双交叉限幅燃烧控制系统在唐钢步进式轧钢加热炉上的应用。以系统构成及特点为主,氧含量分析校正的最佳燃烧控制为辅,叙述了该系统实现低氧燃烧和动态最佳燃烧而节能的过程。同时对双交叉限幅燃烧控制系统和氧含量分析系统进一步完善进行了探讨。
This paper described the application of double cross limiting range combustion control system in the walking beam reheating furnace.The characteristic of this control system is the struifare This control system has the function of analysing the oxygen content and optimizing the combustion control.This paper also introduces the performance of low oxygen combustion and the process of the motional optimum combustion and discusses the further improvement of the double cross limiting range combustion control system.
