摘要
研究和分析降低取向硅钢烧损和提高一次修炉周期板坯加热量措施后,开发了MgOCr2O3系取向硅钢板坯加热用保护涂料。使用该涂料无需清理板坯表面的氧化铁皮,利用硅钢氧化铁皮与涂层在高温下的物理化学作用形成了防烧损保护膜。仅在板坯上和侧面涂覆涂料就获得氧化烧损降低67%、一次修炉周期板坯加热量增加80%的效果,并改善了加热质量,提高成品的合格率。
On the basis of explorating certain measures for decelerating scale formation and increasing yield of grain-oriented silicon steel slabs heated in a furnace-repairing period,the MgO-Cr2O3 system protecting coating is developed.The results demonstrates that the coating can be conveniently sprayed onto slabs and without need of scale dressing.It is the physico-chemical interaction of scale with coating at high temperature that formes protecting films.Although the lower surfaces of slabs did not covered with coating.the results of minimizing iron loss by 67% and increasing the output of slabs heated in a furnace-repairing period by 80%have been obtained.the heating quality of slabs can be improved and the yield of finished products can be increased by using coating.
