摘要
从1999年开始跟踪调查全国293个转制科研机构,以经济能力为核心建立评价我国区域科研机构转制效果的指标体系,并依据已有的研究成果,把调查涉及到的28个省市分为6个有明显特征的区域,依此对原始统计数据进行分类、整理,最后用因子分析法进行实证分析。
This study investigated two hundreds and ninety three transformed research institutions annually from 1999, and built the index system with the core of economic ability to evaluate the innovation capability of research institutions that have been transformed into the industrial system. The study compartmentalizes the twenty eight provinces into six different regions according to the existing research progeny, classifies and packs up the statistical data based on it. Finally, the study analyzes these data by making use of factor analysis.
