A Study on the knowledge Transfer in Strategic Alliances

知识是企业持续竞争优势的重要来源,获得有价值的知识是企业基业常青之本,而战略联盟的出现为企业提供了获得知识的有效途径。在回顾文献的基础上,分析战略联盟中知识转移的过程,阐述该过程的影响因素及其作用。

Knowledge is the resource of sustainable competitive advantage, which is the root of firms. And strategic alliances provide firms effective accesses to knowledge. Based on the past literatures, this article analyzes the process of knowledge transfer in strategic alliances, and demonstrates the influence factors of that process and their impact. We expect to offer theoretical support for strategic alliances to make appropriate decisions about knowledge transfer and promote the performance of that.
