摘要
综合虚拟企业及可靠性理论,在深入分析影响虚拟企业功能因素的基础上提出虚拟企业可靠性理论评价模型,为对虚拟企业及虚拟企业可靠性进行更加深入的研究打下了理论基础。
This paper, integrating the theory of virtual enterprise （VE） and reliability theory, is to propose the reliability of VE, and to establish a theoretical model of the reliability of VE based on analysis of the factors influencing on the function of VE, building theoretical foundation for further study on VE and the reliability of it.
