要从本质上提高IT组织灵活应用IT资源创造竞争优势的能力,需要在IT组织设计层面上重新思考。分析了IT组织变迁过程中面临的新挑战,对当前IT组织架构设计的思路与方法进行了详细的综述,并基于当前研究的不足提出了IT组织架构匹配性设计的思路与方法,为现代企业IT组织的进一步优化和变革提供参考。

The re-thinking and re-position of the organizational structure level is the essential means to improve the capability of in-house IT organization. This paper reviewed the in house IT organization design methodology based on the analysis of evolution of IT organization and its challenge in modem firms. And based on the analysis of limitation of current studies, this paper put forward the matching methodology of IT organizational design, to provide suggestions for improvement of modem firm＇s IT organization.
