摘要
据《庄子》间接转述,孔子曾有“事求可,功求成”一语。“事求可,功求成”说明儒家的基本精神是实践的。儒家讲“仁道/人道”,讲“生生”,从宏观方面来看,人道是要求以人类生存为最低底线。因此,儒家“仁道/人道”精神亦可视为一种生存文化。儒家既有内省的为学目标,同时并不遗忘社会实践与环境改造,“事求可,功求成”说明儒家具备正视和接受任何现实处境的应对能力与学理准备。
It was stated by Zhuangzi that Confucius once said "work seeks to be feasible, achievement seeks to be obtained", which illustrates that the spirit of the Confucian is practical. The Confucian advocates "benevolence/humanity" and "existence first", which claims humanity is the lowest limit of human existence from the macroscopic aspect. Therefore the spirit of "benevolence/humanity" can be regarded as a kind of existence culture. With the aim of introspection, the Confucian doesn't ignore social practice and environmental alteration. "Work seeks to be feasible, achievement seeks to be obtained" shows that the Confucian has the ability and preparation to cope with and accept any situation.
