This paper explores the condition and operating sequence of determination ofvitaminB_1,B_2 by synchoronous fluorometric. The determine rangeofvitaminB_1,B_2 is 0.00 1～4.000 mg/L and 0.000 5～5.000 0 mg/L respectively.In this way,the rate of recovery of vi-tamin B_1is between 102%and 106%,vitamin B_2 is between 85.5%and 103.0%.
