Expression of neuron specific enolase in patients with gliomatosis cerebri

摘要 目的:探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(N SE)在大脑胶质瘤病患者的特异性表达及手术前后N SE水平的变化。方法:在术前2d及术后3d采用放免法检测42例大脑胶质瘤及其中27例肿瘤全切术患者手术前后N SE浓度,并与20例正常对照组浓度进行对比。结果:大脑胶质瘤病患者外周血及CSE中N SE浓度明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),分别为(16.21±4.32)ρ.μ-g 1.L-1与(7.25±1.12)ρ.μg-1.L-1及(56.27±7.51)ρ.μ-g 1.L-1与(30.24±3.79)ρ.μ-g 1.L-1。27例肿瘤全切术患者术后N SE浓度迅速下降至正常。结论:N SE作为肿瘤标记物对大脑胶质瘤的诊断、疗效观察、预后判断及复发监测具有重大意义。 Objective :To study the expression of neuron specific enolase (NSE) in patients with gliomatosis cerebri before and after surgical treatment. Methods ;NSE expression in 42 cases of gliomatosis cerebri were detected by RIA 2 days before operation and 3 days postoperatively, and compared to 20 cases of normal controls. Results:NSE level in both peripheral venous blood and CSF in gliomatosis cerebri was significantly higher than that in normal controls [(16. 21±4.32) ρ · μg^-1 · L^-1vs(7. 25±1.12)ρ · μg^-1 · L^-1and (56. 27±7.51) ρ · μg^-1 · L^-1vs (30. 24±3.79) ρ · μg^-1 · L^-1, respectively, P〈0. 05]. In 27 patients receiving total resection of the tumor, NSE rapidly fell to normal level. Conclusion :NSE may be potential as a tumor marker for diagnosis and outcome monitoring of gliomatosis cerebri.
