光敏核不育水稻花药培养性状的配合力分析

ANALYSIS OF COMBINING ABILITY OF ANTHER CULTURE CHARACTERS FOR PHOTO-SENSITIVE GENIC MAEL-STERILE RICE

以５×３不完全双列杂交法对光敏核不育水稻４个花药培养性状进行了配合力分析。结果表明，花药培养性状是可遗传的，对于愈伤组织诱导率和白苗分化率，基因的加性效应和非加性效应同等重要，而对于绿苗分化率和绿苗生产率则以加性效应为主，这２个性状的狭义遗传力均较高，通过合理配组提高花药培养能力是可能的。

Analysis of combining ability with 5 × 3 incomplete dialle cross indicated that anther culture characters were heritable. Both additive gene effects and non-additive gene effects were important to callus induction frequency,whereas green plantlet regeneration frequency and green plantlet produciton frequency were mainly determined by additive gene effects. Since the heritability estimate was relatively high,improving culture ability through hybridization appeared practical.
