Without any doubt, scientific and technological progress will face a severe challenge imposed by ethnics in future. We ought to have a good understanding on the mutual influence between the development of science and technology and social ethnics, and set up a completely new technological and scientific ethnics. The new ethnics, of course, will lead science and technology to a correct direction of benefiting the mankind.
