随着高校与社会的关系日益紧密,其服务功能不断增强,对社会发展的推动作用越来越大,对经济的影响越来越深刻。高校功能已从单一化走向多元化,从简单趋向复杂。但是,由于高校的管理体制存在着严重的弊端,促使高校功能不能得到正常发挥,因此改革高校管理体制势在必行。本文就改革高校管理体制的必要性、针对性及其着力点等问题进行探讨。

As the relationship between the society and universities is getting closer and closer, the service function of universities is strengthened, along with a greater promotion of the development of the society and a profound influence on the social economy. The function of universities is changing from simplification to multiplication, and is getting from simple to complex. However, the system of universities management itself has serious malpractice, which affects the normal function of universities, so the reform is imperative under the circumstance. This article tries to make some comments on necessity, direction, and focus of the universities management reform.
