本系统建立在“以学生为中心”的远程教学模型基础上,借鉴国内外一些开放大学的成功经验,结合自学考试及现有一些电子学习平台的实际情况,提出一个适合自考生进行网上学习的解决方案。

The developing of the system is based on the Distance Education pedagogical model of ＂student-oriented＂. In order to develop a practical and effective solution for Virtual Learning Environment, we have referred to several Open Universities at home or overseas, and have investigated the requirements and situations of Self-Taught Students, try to develop a proficient e-Learning platform for Self-Taught Students.
