摘要
现行医院档案工作跟不上日益发展的医疗、科研、教学工作的发展需求,根据医院档案工作的特点,采取科学化、规范化的管理措施加强对医院档案的管理,以适应医疗卫生事业发展的需要,更好地为医院事业服务。
The present management of hospital archives does not fulfil the advancing demand of the medical care ,scientific research and teaching .According to the characteristic of the hospital archives work,we adopt scientific and standardize measure to enhance the management,therefore to fulfil the demant of the developing medical system and serve the hospital work better.
