老年住院患者特点与医疗安全措施

The character of the elder hospitalized patients and the secure measure of medical treatment

目的了解老年人口患病和住院的特点,提高老年患者的医疗服务质量,确保医院医疗安全。方法对我院近5年间收治的10578例60岁以上老年患者病案资料进行分析。结果老年患者住院人数逐年上升,前五位病种顺位为:脑血管病、心脏病、高血压病、糖尿病及恶性肿瘤。老年患者具有平均住院日长,病死率高,危重病人和需要抢救的比例高等特点。结论医院必须从科学配置医疗资源,改善服务设施,提高医务人员素质,确保病案内涵质量,重视健康教育等方面加大力度,才能提高老年患者的治疗效果,确保医疗安全。

objective To understand the character of the elders＇ being ill and hospitalized, so as to improve medical service quality of the elder patients and insure the safeness of medical treatment in the hospital. Methods Analyzing 10578 medical records in the latest 5 years in our hospital of the elder patients who are all over 60 years old. Result The number of the elder hospitalized patients is rising year and year, the order of the five foregoing diseases is as below： brain vas disease, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and sarcoma. The average hospitalized time of the elder patients is long and the rate of dead is high as well as the dangerous patients who need to be rescued. Conclusions The hospital must do more to disposal the resource of medical treatment scientific, to improve the service equipment and the quality of the clinical workers,insure the connotative quality of the medical record, pay more attention to the health education, as a result, to improve the remedial effect of the eider patients, and insure the safeness of the medical treatment.
