自由基损伤对乳腺癌患者抗氧化能力影响

THE ANALYSE OF ANTIOXIDIZING ABILITY IN THE PATIENTS OF CARCINOMA OF THE MAMMARY GLAND

对１４例乳腺癌患者全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）的活性以及血浆脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）含量进行测定，结果表明乳腺癌患者ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ及ＳＯＤ活性均比正常人明显降低，ＬＰＯ含量明显升高，ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ／ＬＰＯ、ＳＯＤ／ＬＰＯ比值也明显降低，由此可见乳腺癌患者抗氧化能力降低，清除自由基功能受损，机体受自由基过氧化损伤的威胁。

The activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the content of lipid peroxide(LPO)in l4 cases of carcinoma of the mammary gland were tested. The results demonstrated that LPO contents incerased,and GSH-Px activity,SOD activity,the ratio of GSH-Px and LPO,the ratio of SOD and LPO decreased markedly in the patients with carcinoma of the mammary gland than that in the control group.All this concluded that antioxidizing ability and the clearing function of the free radical become lower and there are more dangerous from being hurt by free radical in the body of carcinoma of the mammary gland patient.
