外用抗生素莫匹罗星治疗脓皮病的临床及细菌学研究

A CLINICAL AND BACTEROLOGY STUDY ON PYDERMAS TREATED WITH TOPICAL ANTIBIOTICS-MUPIROCIN

５３例脓皮病患者分为两组，各接受不同厂家生产的２％莫匹罗星软膏治疗，均收到良好疗效。临床有效率为８８．５％～９２．６％（Ｐ＞０．０５），细菌清除率８１．８％。药物敏感试验为莫匹罗星敏感菌率明显优于新霉素、四环素及红霉素（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

patients of pyodermas were divided into two groups.Each group recieved topical 2%mupirocin ointment produced from different factory.The therapeutic effects of them were excellent and cure/improvement rates were 88.5%～92.6%.The bacterial eradication rate was 8l.8%.In the drug sensitivity test,the bacterial sensitivity rate of mupirocin was the hightest among mupirocin,neomycin,tetracycline and erythromycin(P<0.0l).
