Phenomenon of"Villages in City"and Strategies of Their Reconstruction

为解决“城中村”对城市的建设质量和发展秩序的影响.以“城中村”为研究对象展开深入分析,揭示了我国城市化迅速发展中“城中村”产生的内在原因及其外在条件.从城市发展及其管理层面对"“城中村”问题进行了较为全面、深刻的再认识.指出了“城中村”问题的核心是“外生型”经济社会机制的结果.提出了以均衡化和利益机制为核心,以智力支持和教育补偿为支撑,以空间改造和功能重塑为重点的综合化改进策略.

In order to eliminate the influence of ＂villages in city＂ on the urban construction quality and development order, the paper explores the inner causes and external conditions for the emergence of ＂villages in city＂ in the rapid urbanizating in China. From the angles of urban development and mangement, the paper makes a comprehensive and penetrating analysis and points out that the ＂villages in city＂ is,in essence, the result of the social mechanism of the exogenic economy. Strategies of their reconstruction are presented with equalization and benefit mechanism as the core, intelligence and educational compensation as the support and spatial transformation and function reconstruction as the focal points.
