摘要
用光电编码器测量某钻机上车体转角时,其输出信号曾产生附加脉冲,从而导致测量误差。通过对编码器的安装连接方式及使用状况分析,发现这是由于编码器转轴与对接圆孔之间有间隙,且编码器转轴偏心安装所致。给出了消除误差的解决方案。
When a photoelectric encoder was used to measure the rotation angle of the upper part of a drilling machine, there was one additional pulse contained in the output signal, and thus led to measuring error. By analyzing the mounting, the jointing and the operating state of the encoder, the cause is discovered. The cause is that there is a gap between the axle of the encoder and the relative mounting hole, and the mounting of the axle is eccentric. The resolving method of the problem is given at last.
