中医辨证分型治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效观察

The Clinical Study of Treatment of Chronic Eczema by the Diagnosis and Treatment with Chinese Medicine

目的:观察中医辨证分型治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将110例入选患者随机分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(50例),治疗组给予中医辨证分型治疗,中药内服,对照组予息斯敏9mg口服,日一次,结合0.05%新适确得乳膏外涂,每日2次,两组均治疗4周。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:提示慢性湿疹采用中西医结合治疗可取得更佳的疗效。

Objection： To study the effect of diagnosis and treatment with chinese medicine in treating Chronic Eczema. Methods：the 110 patients were divided into treat group（60 cases） and control group （50 cases） at random. In treat group the patients were treated by taking Chinese medicine and putting 0.05 % Halometasone Monohydrate on the skin outside two times every day, but in control group the patients were treated by taking .gmg Hismanal one time each day combine putting 0.05 % Halometasone Monohydrate on the skin outside two times every day. The patients in two groups were both treated for 4 weeks. Results ： The clinical effect of treat group is higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： It is obviously that chronic eczema adopting therapy ofdiagnosis and treatment with chinese medicine can make good curative effect.
