自拟弓形虫汤抗急性弓形虫感染小鼠的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨自拟弓形虫汤对弓形虫RH株急性感染小鼠的作用机理及疗效。方法将KM小鼠分成自拟弓形虫汤组、复方新诺明(SMZ)组、模型(感染不治疗)组、正常组。用RH株弓形虫建立小鼠急性感染模型,感染2 h后,给中药(0.5 m l、1∶4),复方SMZ(300 mg/kg.d)灌胃治疗,连续14 d,观察小鼠发病情况,存活时间。第3,6,30天,分别检测小鼠血浆、心、肺、肝中SOD活性,第6,30天检测小鼠血浆内循环抗原(CAg)。结果中药组小鼠平均存活时间19.5 d,与模型组7.9 d相比有显著差异性(P<0.05),中药组与复方SMZ组22.6 d相比也有显著差异性(P<0.05)。各组小鼠血浆、心脏、肺脏、肝脏组织中SOD活性值比较:中药组与模型组有显著差异性(P<0.05)。循环抗原:第6天时,中药组、复方SMZ组、模型组阳性率100%。第30天时,中药组阴性率50%,复方SMZ组阴性率85.7%。结论自拟弓形虫汤有明显抗弓形虫疗效,在机体抗氧化损伤方面起到重要作用。 Objective To study the protective effect and action mechanisms of Chinese native medicinal decoction of Anti - Toxoplasma on mice infected with tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii. Methods KM mice were divided randomly into Chinese native medicinal decoction group, the compound prescription SMZ group, the control group and the normal group. With the RH tachyzoites establishment mouse acute infection model, after infects for 2 hours, the mice were fed with Chinese native medicine (0.5ml, 1 : 4) and SMZ (300 mg/kg ·d), from day 1 post - infection for 14 days. The survival rate and period were investigated. The SOD activity in blood plasma, heart, liver and lung of mice was detected, at per time -point 3rd, 6, 30day after infection. Circulation antigen(CAg) in blood plasma of mice was detected per time - point at days 6th, 30th after infection. Results The Chi- nese native medicine group mice average survival time 19.5 days, compare with the control group 7.9 days had the remarkable difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Chinese native medicine group and the compound prescription SMZ group 22.6 days compare also had the remarkable difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Each group of mice blood plasma, heart, and lung, in liver organic SOD active value comparison : The Chinese native medicine group and the control group had the remarkable difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Circulation antigen : The 6th day, the Chinese native medicine group, the compound prescription SMZ group, the control group positive rates were 100%. Ou the 30th day, Chinese native medicine group negative rate was 50%, and compound prescription SMZ group negative rate was 85.7%. Conclusion Chinese native medicine decoction of Anti - Toxoplasma has obvious curative effect in resisting RH tachyzoites and it is important in anti - oxidation damage.
