摘要 目的确定老鹳草鞣质的最佳提取工艺。方法以紫外分光光度法测定含量,采用均匀设计试验优化老鹳草中鞣质的提取条件。结果确定最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为40%,溶剂用量24倍(12倍、12倍),提取时间6 h(3,3 h)提取两次,老鹳草中鞣质提取量为3.498%与理论推测相符。结论最佳提取工艺可以有效提取老鹳草中的鞣质,工艺操作简单,合理。 Objective To determine the best extracting process of tannin from geranium herb. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for assay, optimized extraction conditions were adopted by using the uniformed design test . Results The best extracion conditions were 40% ethanol , extracting twice in 24 times solution at temperature 70℃ for 6h . The tannin content in geranium herb was 3. 498%, which was the same to the theoretical calculation value . Conclusion The optimized extraction process could extract the tannin from geranium herb efficiently and the extraction technology was simple and reasonable.
