厚朴酚对大鼠脑缺血/再灌注损伤中的肿瘤坏死因子-α和白介素-1β的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-1β在脑缺血/再灌注损伤中的作用及厚朴酚对其影响。方法用线栓法建立大鼠脑缺血/再灌注动物模型,用放免法测定脑组织匀浆中肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-1β的含量。结果厚朴酚能抑制肿瘤坏死因子α-、白介素-1β的水平升高。结论厚朴酚对大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注损伤有保护作用。 Objective To study thc role of TNF-α and IL-1β on local cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and effects of magnolol on them, Methods Rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established with suture method. Using RIA method to determine TNF-α and IL-1β content in brain tissue homogenate. Results This study showed that magnolol could reduce the production of TNF-α and IL-1β. Conclusion Magnolol possesses protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat.
