摘要
目的观察晕康胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注氧自由基及一氧化氮的影响,分析晕康胶囊抗脑缺血损伤的作用机理。方法建立脑缺血再灌注模型测定血清及脑组织SOD活性、MDA及NO含量的变化。结果晕康胶囊各剂量组均可拮抗脑缺血引起的SOD活性的下降及MDA含量的升高,降低NO的水平。结论晕康胶囊可通过增加氧自由基的清除,降低NO的水平减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤。
Objective To observe the effect of Yunkang Capsule(YKC) on free radicals and nitric oxide (NO) change after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats ,and analyze the mechanisms of YKC anti- cerebral ischemia action. Methods The animal models were produced by bilateral carotid artery occlusion and reperfusion of rats. Changes of the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and NO in blood serum and brain were observed by means of spectro- photometry. Results YKC could enhanced SOD activity, reduced the MDA content. Conclusion The protective effects of YKC on cerebral ischemia may be mediated by its anti-free radical and NO damage damage.
