摘要
目的 建立黄芩苷粗品中黄芩苷的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)含量测定方法,以便控制其质量。方法 固定相用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(49:51:0.2),检测波长为275nm。结果 黄芩苷粗品中黄芩苷平均回收率为101.64%,RSD=1.75%(n=5),黄芩苷在0.102~1.020μg内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,r=0.9997。结论 该方法简便、准确,可用于黄苓苷粗品的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in crude baicalin. Methods Using Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column ( 5 μm, 4.6 mm × 250 mm). The mobile phases consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid (49: 51 : 0.2). The UV detector at 275 nm. Results The average recoveries of baicalin were 101.64% and RSD were 1.75% (n = 5 ). There is a good linearity in range of 0. 102 ~ 1. 020 μg of baicalin ( r = 0. 999 7 ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used to determine the contents of baicalin and crude baicalin.
