人参二醇组皂苷对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肝损伤保护作用机理的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨人参二醇组皂苷(PDS)对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肝损伤的保护作用机理。方法96只大鼠随机分成4组:胆总管结扎(CBDL)组、胆总管结扎加用腹腔注射人参二醇组皂苷(CBDL-PDS)组、手术对照(sham)组、正常对照(NC)组。采用胆总管结扎术制作大鼠梗阻性黄疸模型,腹腔注射PDS,各组大鼠分别在术后3,7,14,21d处死,检测大鼠肝组织SOD,NOS活性及MDA,NO含量。结果与CBDL组比较,术后3,7,14,21d CBDL-PDS组SOD活性明显升高,而NOS活性及MDA,NO含量明显下降(P<0.05)。结论PDS对梗阻性黄疸肝损伤有一定的保护作用。 Objective To explore mechanism of protective effect of PDS on hepatic injury induced by obstructive jaundice in rats. Methods Ninety-six rats were divided into 4 groups: (1)Bile duct ligation (CBDL) group, (2)Bile duct ligation plus intraperitoneal injection of PDS(CBDL-PDS) group, (3)Operational control (sham) group, (4) Normal control(NC) group. Obstructive jaundice in rats were made by bile duct operation and they were sacrificed in 3-day, 7-day, 14-day and 21-day. The activities of SOD,NOS, and the levels of MDA,NO in the liver tissue were measured with colorimetric method. Results In liver cell homogenate, PDS increased the activity of SOD, and decreased the activity NOS and the contents of MDA and NO significantly(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion PDS have protective effects for rats hepatic injury by obstructive jaundice. The mechanism may be related to the clearance of free radicals.
