摘要
目的优选白芍切片的最佳浸泡时间。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定不同浸润时间的白芍饮片中芍药苷含量。色谱条件D iamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(17∶83),流速1.0 m l.m in-1,检测波长230 nm。结果浸润12 h切片的白芍,其饮片中所含的芍药苷高于浸润24 h的白芍。结论白芍切片以浸润12 h比较适宜。
Objective Inspecting the best soaking time for cutting paeonia. Methods The determination of soaked paeonia for different time was carried out on Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm), using acetonitrile-water( 17:83 )as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min^-1. The detected wavelength was 230 nm. Results Paeoniflorin content of paeonia soaked for 12 hours was higher than the paeonia soaked for 24 hours. Conclusion To soak 12 hours is available.
