大蒜素注射液治疗深部真菌感染的临床疗效

The Clinical Curative Effect of Allitrid Injection Curing Deep Mycosis Infection

目的 探讨大蒜素注射液对深部真菌感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选择湖北省黄石市二医院住院真菌感染病例23例，用大蒜素注射液进行治疗，剂量60mg·d^-1，静脉滴注，疗程7～14d。对其临床疗效、不良反应及细菌学方面进行评价。结果 总有效率及治疗后真菌转阴率分别达到73．9％和56．5％，未发现严重不良反应，亦无肝、肾功能方面的损害。结论 大蒜素注射液治疗深部真菌感染安全、有效。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of Allitrid injection curing deep mycosis infection. Methods Based on 23 inpatients with deep mycosis infection in our hospital, Therapy with Allitrid injection, dosage with 60 mg · d^-1 , vein dripping injected, period of treatment was 7 to 14 days. And evaluated the clinical curative effect, bad response and bacteriology,respectively. Results Total efficiency and mycosis infection changed negative after therapy were 73.9% and 56.5%, respectively, there were not badness, and not damage on liver and kidney. Conclusion Allitrid injection curing deep mycosis infection is safe and effective.
