黄药子的研究进展

Research Progress of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Bulbiferae

目的介绍黄药子化学成分、药理、临床的研究进展。方法查阅国内外研究资料并进行汇总、综述。结果至目前为止,已发现的化学成分主要有甾体皂苷、二萜内酯、黄酮类、多糖、微量元素等;药理研究表明黄药子具有抗甲状腺肿、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎等作用;临床上黄药子主要用于治疗甲状腺腺瘤、亚急性甲状腺炎、恶性肿瘤、宫颈炎、银屑病等症。结论应深入研究,争取能从黄药子中寻找出既具有抗肿瘤作用,毒性又小、安全性好的化合物。

Objectlve To introduce the research progress on chemical components, pharmacological action and clinical application for Rh/zoma Dioscoreae Bulbiferae. Methods Consulted the medical journals and compiled them. Results Up to date, most of the found chemical compostition of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Bulbiferae conclude steroidal saponin, diterpene lactone, flavonoid, polysaccharide and microelement; The pharmacal researches show that it can antideroncus, antivirus, antitumor, anti -inflammatory and so on; In clinic, it is used for curing thyroid adenoma, subacute thyroiditis, malignant tumor, cervicitis, psoriasis and so on. Conclusion We should go into Rhizoma Dioscoreae Bulbiferae component, so that we can find some chemical components which has the activity of antitumor and safety.
