摘要
〔目的〕揭示烟草品种抗野火病机制,推动和指导烟草抗病品种选育与抗源的合理布局。〔方法〕给不同抗性的烟草品种分别接种烟草野火病菌后测定其几种酶的活性。〔结果〕过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性均与烟草品种抗野火病呈正相关。抗、感品种健康植株的多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶的活性差异不显著,苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性差异显著。抗感品种接种后POD的活性变化分别在12天、16天出现2次高峰,PPO的活性变化分别在10天、14天出现2次高峰,PAL的活性变化分别在10天、16天出现2次高峰。〔结论〕3种酶活性变化出现的峰值强弱可作为早期鉴定烟草品种抗野火病的一种有价值的生理指标。
The activity of POD, PPO and PAL had close relationship with the resistant or susceptible squash cultivars. The activity of POD and PPO were not distinctly different between the healthy leaves of resistant cuhivars and the susceptible ones, and the activity of PAL was distinctly different. After inoculation, the activity of POD emerged two higher points in 12d, 16d, the activity of PPO emerged two in 10d, 14d while the activity of PAL emerged two in 10d, 16d.
