卡铂和足叶乙甙治疗50例晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

THERAPUTIC EFFECT OF CARBOPLATIN AND ETOPOSIDE COMBINATION THERAPY ON 50 CASES OF NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

用卡铂和足叶乙甙联合化疗方案（ＣＥ方案）治疗５０例晚期非小细胞肺癌，并观察其疗效和毒副作用。结果：部分缓解１０例，有效率２０．０％，缓解期４．２５月。中位生存期７月；１、２、３年生存率分别为３６％、８．６％、３．６％。鳞癌９例、腺癌３２例，有效率分别为４４．４％和１５．６％，中位生存期分别为９月和７月，Ⅲ期２４例，Ⅳ期２６例，有效率分别为２５．０％和１５．４％，中位生存期分别为８月和７．５月。部分缓解、稳定及进展的中位生存期分别为１１月、８月和７月。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、消化道反应，肝肾功能轻度受影响。

Thc clinical effect and sid c cffcct of carboplatin and ctoposidc(CE regimen)on50 cases of non-small cell lung cancer were observed.The rcsuIts showcd that the overallresponse rate was 20.0%, mcdiati duration of response was 4.25 months,mcdian survitral was 7months,and with actuarial survival rate of 36%,8.6%and 3.6%at year 1,2 and 3respcctively. 9 cases were squamous cell carci noma,3 2 were adenoCarcinoma. The responserates were 44.4%and l5.6%, median survival was 9 months and 7 months, respectively.Theresponse rates in stage Ⅲ(24)and stage Ⅳ(26)were 25.O%and l5.4%, median survival was8 months and 7.5 months, resectively. Med lan survival in patients of PR,S and P was 11months, 8 months and 7 months,respectively. The sidc effects of CE regimen were leukopenia,gastrointestinal uncomfortable.and mild hepatic function changes;
