本文通过比较《卓越绩效评价准则》核心价值观与8项质量管理原则的异同,指出核心价值观中的概念具有更丰富的内涵和更高的要求。
The essay makes an analysis on similarities and differences between the core values in GB/T 19580：2004 and ：the eight quality management principles in GB/T 19000：2000 and presents that the concept in former is of more rich intension and higher requirement.
