摘要
文章根据当前工业建设项目的内涵及特点,以系统工程的思想为指导,分析了项目在策划与决策阶段、设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段以及竣工验收各阶段投资控制的措施,提出了全方位、全过程、有重点的控制对策。
According to the connotation and characteristic of the current industry items of construction, this article took the systems engineering thought as the instruction, analyzed the investment control measures of the project on the policy-making stage, the designing stage, the tendering stage, the construction stage as well as the completion approving stages, and proposed stessed controlling countermeasure which involves all directions and entire process
