摘要
弹性理论已经应用于不同领域。研究发现,将弹性理论与工资定价结合起来,可以给工资标准的制定者提供参考。文章试图创建岗位需求价格弹性,根据资料求出不同单位不同行业的岗位弹性系数,并结合需求,算出工资定价的参考标准,并与实际水平相比较,以作出相应调整。此外,还涉及到了岗位需求价格函数的应用。
Theory of elasticity has been used in many fields. Apply theory of elasticity to the making of wages-and-salaries standard can give wages-and-salaries-makers some advice. This article will try to create elasticity theory of demand for job, based on it, this article will also try to obtain references to the making of wages-and-salaries standard, and then compare them with realities, in order to adjust them accordingly.
