摘要
针对稠油高粘度特性,采用灰色关联熵分析法,以MATLAB为平台分析了稠油族组成、元素组成及主要官能团与稠油粘度之间的关系,探讨了各组成因素对其粘度的影响.分析结果表明,沥青质是影响稠油粘度的最主要的因素,胶质和芳烃起着稳定沥青质,防止其聚沉的作用;而沥青质、胶质分子中的杂元素、过渡金属元素、芳香结构和烷基侧链则会影响沥青质分子之间、沥青质与胶质分子之间的缔合.分析结果与Pfeiffer提出的沥青质-胶质复合胶体体系等结论一致,证明了在稠油化学组成对粘度的影响研究中引入灰色关联熵分析法是可靠的.这对稠油处理加工将起到推动作用.
Based on the MATLAB, the relationship between family components, element compositions, main functional groups and viscosity of heavy crude oil are analyzed by means of the grey correlation entropy method. Moreover, the influence of chemical composition on viscosity in investigated in detail in this paper. The results show that the influence of asphaltenes on viscosity is the most important, resins and aromatics can stabilize asphaltenes in the oil and prevent it from aggregating and precipitating; mixture atoms, transition metals,polycyclic aromatics, naphthalene rings and aliphatic chains have an effect on the aggregation between asphaltene molecules, and have the same effect between asphaltene molecule and resin molecule. The result coincides with the conclusions such as the asphaltene- resin composite colloidal system, which was put forward by Pfeiffer. It proves that the grey correlation entropy method is dependable in the research of the influence of chemical make-ups on viscosity of heavy crude oil. It could be beneficial in the processing of heavy crude oil.
