摘要
利用MSC.Marc软件中的中CAD/NC接口,导入Catia的刀具路径文件,模拟出机械加工过程中多轴刀具在不同路径控制中工件内部原有的残余应力的释放情况以及应力释放对工件最终变形的影响.材料去除的越多,工件内部原有的残余应力释放的越多,最后工件的变形就越大.将工件作为航空上有很少内部支架的薄壁件,则整个部件将发生畸变.
The release of original residual stress and the influence to the deformation in the last workpiece in the process of mix-cutter mechanical manufacture under different tool-routes control have been simulated by using MSC. Marc software and activate (deactivate) element method and inputting CATIA's tool-routes files from CAD/NC interface. The more the material removed, the more the original residual stress released, and the bigger deformation in the last workpiece. When the last workpiece is the aeronautics thin-blade piece with a few inner supports, the whole workpiece will warp.
