摘要
针对购房者购房因素的模糊性,通过研究模糊理论与清晰条件的关系,给出了房产交易中的容忍度、隶属函数和门槛值等.
Allowing for the fuzziness of house purchase factor, the relationship between the fuzzy theory and distinct condition during the real estate trade is studied. The tolerate degree, subordinate function and threshold value of the fuzzy concept in real estate trade platform are presented.
