Intestinal Absorption Models on the Basis of the Theory of Mass Transfer in the Fluid Systems

摘要 从流体传质学的相关理论出发,综述了径向充分混合模型、层流模型、分散模型等几种典型的肠吸收数学模型,并对上述几种模型进行了评述。 The progress of drug absorption in the gastrointestinal tract is of complexity, but the theoretical model capable of predicting the oral drug absorption is of pharmaceutical interest. On the basis of the theory of mass transfer in the fluid systems, complete radial mixing model, laminar flow model and dispersion model were reviewed. In addition, the prospects of these absorption models were discussed.
