全口义齿上颌排牙法与下颌排牙法的比较

The difference of complete dentures according to maxillary teeth arrange method and mandibular teeth arrange method

目的:探讨两种排牙法形成全口义齿的异同,为临床实际选择排牙法提供理论参考。方法:采取两种排牙法为患者制作两副全口义齿,通过X线投影测量法及三维有限元法,测量、计算、分析其平面水平及对无牙下颌的受力影响。结果:上下颌排牙法形成的全口义齿平面水平有明显差异。两种排牙法对无牙下颌支持组织所产生的应力分布趋势基本一致,但上颌排牙法所产生的应力值明显大于下颌排牙法。结论:下颌排牙法参照磨牙后垫确定的牙平面更接近天然牙。下颌排牙法有利于无牙下颌的组织保健。

Objective To explore the difference and coincidence of complete dentures finished according to maxillary teeth arrange method and mandibular teeth arrange method to provide theoretic support for clinic practice. Method Two complete dentures according to maxillary and mandibular teeth arrange methods for one patient were finished respectively,then measurement ,calculation.,analysis of the level of occlusal plane and the effect of the edentulous mandible were undergone using cephalometrics and three-dimentional finite element methods. Results The occlusal plane level of complete denture according to maxillary and mandibular teeth arrange method are different;The distribution tendency of stress on edentulous tissue for the complete dentures formed by two teeth arrange methods were coincident on the whole,but the stress values were different , value for maxillary teeth arrange method were larger then that for mandibular teeth arrange method. Conclusion It is reasonable that the occlusal plane of mandibular teeth arrange method are formed referring to molar pad cause of it＇s more similar to raw detition＇s;The complete dentures were arranged by mandibular method are beneficial to the health of the supporting tissues of edentulous mandible.
