技术性贸易壁垒对中国产业竞争力中长期影响的实证分析——基于四大行业的比较研究

Empirical Study on How TBT Impact on China's Industrial Competitiveness in the Long Run

在加入世贸组织后,我国各产业越来越受到发达国家技术性贸易壁垒的影响。很多研究表明技术性贸易壁垒短期内对出口国各产业竞争力产生负面影响,而长期内则具有正面的促进作用。本文对技术性贸易壁垒对我国四大行业竞争力的影响进行了实证计量分析,发现从中长期来看,技术性贸易壁垒对产业竞争力的影响并不一定是正面的,会因为各产业技术成熟度差异、比较优势差异、技术性贸易壁垒的经济功能的不同而不同。

The industries or products have been affected intensively by technical barrier to trade （TBT） carried out by developed countries since China＇s entry into the WTO. Plenty of studies indicated that TBT affected the industrial competitiveness negatively in a short run but positively in a long run. This paper studies empirically about the impacts of TBT on four industries＇competitiveness in the long run, and finds that the impacts of TBT on the competitiveness of four industries are not the same because of the different industrial features and economic function of TBT.
