摘要
考察了不同pH条件下,THPC对皮粉的鞣制作用。应用碘滴定法和磷钼蓝法测定THPC在鞣后皮粉中的含量。结果表明:当鞣制体系pH为10.0时,皮粉对THPC的吸附结合量较大,达到皮粉质量的50.13%;此时鞣制后皮粉的变性温度(TD)相对较高,为77.8℃。因此,THPC作为单一的主鞣剂,难于满足无铬皮革的鞣制要求。
The tanning actions of THPC under different pH values were studied, lodometric titration and phosphor molybdenum blue spectrophotometry were used to determine the THPC quantity bounded by hide powder. It shows that when pH value is 10.0, the maximum combination ratio (50.13 % ) of THPC; combined with hide power is obtained. Also the protein denaturation temperature (77.8℃)is the highest. Therefore THPC cannot be used as single tanning agent in tanning proceeds, for it cannot satisfy the normal standards of chrome- free leathers.
