The modem society＇s rapid development brought the unprecedented development opportunity for the medicine enterprise, it brought the actual benefit and hope for the broad patients, and also gave doctor＇s psychology a series of questions, but humanities concern finally must complete for patient by doctor. To elaborate doctor＇s psychological present situation, analyze the reason which it produced, and propose how to change doctor＇s conscience condition by the demand level theory of Maslow, give patient humanities concern.
