老年人幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗
摘要
幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡、胃淋巴瘤、进展性胃炎及早期胃癌或癌前病变切除后的老年病人,推荐治疗幽门螺杆菌感染。以质子泵抑制剂为基础的三联1周疗法耐受性良好。
