加强医疗缺陷管理,确保医疗安全

Strengthening Medical Defect Management to Ensure Medical Safety.

人们不能期望医疗机构和医务人员在医疗活动中不犯错,因为临床决策存在诸多不确定性。为进一步提高医疗质量,确保医疗安全,其医疗缺陷的管理显得尤为重要。作者结合医院的实际,分析和总结了医院在医疗缺陷管理中的一些做法,提出全面质量管理、注重医疗质量的持续改进、加强对“六种人”管理、改事后管理为事前管理、建立有效的防范措施、加大监督考核力度等为医疗缺陷管理中有效的方法,并对医院可持续发展提供了重要的保证。

People can not expect that medical institutions and medical workers do not make any mistake because there are many uncertainties during medical decision-making. For improving quality of medical service to ensure medical safety, it is important to carry out medical defect management. Combined with the realities of the hospital, the author analyzed and summarized some experiences from which the hospital carried out medical defect management. The author put forwards some effective methods in medical defect management as following：（ 1 ） carrying out overall quality control; （2） paying attention to continuous improvement of medical quality;（3 ） strengthening the management to six kinds of patients; （4） changing management after the event into management in advance;（5 ） establishing effectively preventive measures;and （6 ） strengthening supervision and assessment. These methods are important guarantees for sustainable development of the hospital.
