摘要
医院的主要工作和核心任务是医疗,而大学附属医院的优势则在于教学和科研。地方综合性医院转化成大学附属医院需要一个不断建设的过程。没有教师的质量,就没有教育的质量,人才队伍建设是保证临床教学质量和实现高层次医学人才培养目标的基础;也是医院开展科学研究、提高医疗创新能力和培养科研特色的决定性因素。文章就大学附属医院临床学科人才队伍建设作一粗浅的探讨。
The main work and core task for hospitals is medical service. While the advantages of hospitals attached to universities are teaching and research. It needs a continuously constructive process for local general hospitals translating into hospitals attached to uni- versifies, There are not qualified teachers, and there is not qualified education. The construction of the talent team is a basis to ensure quality of clinical teaching and to realize the training target of the senior medical talent. It is also a decisive factor for hospitals carrying out research,advancing medical innovative capacity and fostering features of research, This paper discussed the construction of the talent of clinical disciplines in hospitals attached to universities.
