农村致死性医疗纠纷发生的原因及预防对策

Reasons that Result in Lethal Medical Dissensions in Rural Areas and Their Preventive Measures.

目的分析农村致死性医疗纠纷发生的原因,并对预防对策进行探讨。方法对52例致死性医疗纠纷案例的尸检结果及医疗纠纷中医患双方的陈述内容进行描述性统计。结果临床诊断不清及死因不明是引发医疗纠纷的诱因,而根本原因则是农村日益增长的医疗需求与农村医疗水平落后之间的矛盾。结论建立和完善医疗服务体系,全面提高农村医疗卫生水平是防范医疗纠纷发生的重要措施。

Objectives.To analyze the reasons that result in lethal medical dissensions in rural areas and discussed their preventive measures. Methods. We analyzed the results of postmortem of 53 cases of lethal medical dissensions and statements from doctors and pa- tients in medical dissensions. Results. The main causes of medical dissensions were unclear clinical diagnosis and unclear causes of death. However, the fundamental reason was the contradiction between increasing medical demands and lower medical quality in rural areas. Conclusions. Establishing and perfecting medical service system and comprehensively improving rural quality of medical service are important countermeasures to prevent medical dissensions.
