摘要
应用荧光偏振技术测定缺血鼠脑线粒体膜流动性。实验结果表明川芎嗪能升高缺血脑线粒体膜的流动性。提示川芎嗪治疗脑梗塞有效,可能与纠正脑梗塞患者脑线粒体膜的分子缺陷,增加脑线粒体膜的流动性有关。
In this paper Mitochordria (Mi)membrane fluidity of ischemic mouse brain was mea- sured by using fluorescence polarization.The results showed that tetramethyl pyrazine elevated the membrane fluidity of Mi.It was suggested that effect of drug on cerebral infarction may be relatived to induce a increase of Mi membrane fluidity.
