自发性小脑出血(附53例临床分析)

本文报道53例小脑出血病人,所有病人均经 CT 扫描确诊。小脑出血部分病人无明显的神经系局限体征时,容易引起误诊,对怀疑的病人应尽早作 CT 检查,高血压是成人小脑出血的最常见原因,糖尿病引起血管病变也是小脑出血的原因之一。

Fifty-there cases of Spontaneous intracerebellar hemorrhage were reviewed and analysed,All patients were diagnosed by CT scan,The patients without focal neurologie sign may be misdiagnosed and CT scan should be performed as soon as possible in a suspieiou case.Hypertension is a major cause,but the vascular disease induced by diabetes is also one cause of cerebellar hemorrhage.
