摘要
我国治国方略已明确了各项工作都要依法进行,那么高校德育工作也应依法开展。法律法规对高校德育工作具有明确的导向作用、有力的协调作用和坚实的保障作用。实现高校德育工作法治化应在教育者主体法治化、德育内容法治化和德育实施法治化三个方面做出努力。
It is our country＇s policy that all activities in China must be in accordance with law and the moral education is no exception. Law plays a guiding, coordinating and safeguarding role in the moral education. The legalization of the education is embodied in the legalization of the educator, teaching content and process of education.
